Job Description – Compositers
Key Responsibilities:
Combine live-action footage with CG elements to create high-quality visual effects shots
Perform tasks such as keying, rotoscoping, tracking, match-moving, color correction, and layering
Integrate 2D and 3D elements seamlessly into final shots
Maintain consistency in lighting, color, and tone across sequences
Collaborate with VFX Supervisors, CG Artists, and Editors to meet creative and technical requirements
Apply finishing touches and ensure final shots meet the quality standards before delivery
Troubleshoot and solve compositing issues in a fast-paced production environment
Ensure timely delivery of shots as per the production schedule
Required Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in compositing software such as Nuke, After Effects, or Fusion
Strong understanding of color theory, depth, and lighting principles
Basic knowledge of rotoscoping, tracking, and paint/cleanup techniques
Familiarity with multi-pass compositing and AOVs
